These little fellas would be a big reason why I haven't worked on much of anything this year.
They kinda got unruly, and I kinda accumulated a bunch that sat on the workshop table, instead of going on the shelves, taking up valuable craft space.
The shelves were out of control too, being a bit of domino situation, where touching one figure, would mean they would all fall over, and the cat would take Zatanna's head for a plaything, because for some reason, every time she falls, she loses her head.
No, of course I can't blame my general craft malaise all on these guys, there was the whole malaise part too. I really don't want to get into that here, let's just talk about the clean up effort.
The rest of the room looked like the Wicked Witch came in with her monkeys, tore up the joint, and did something with my little dog too. It was pretty bad.
I spent 10hours this week, trying to get everything into order. About an hour of this was just on my JLU/ DC Heroes collection, and the rest was totally re-organizing the room so that one could walk through it, let alone use it.
I have pictures of the rest of the room, they're coming soon, but I know some of my friends like to see just how I waste my spending cash. Moreover, two of my LASSes did accompany me on an epic and successful road trip (well, successful road trip and a day at Wondercon) to find the missing four figures for my collection, so I couldn't possibly deprive them of seeing them all together, could I?
Also, I was so happy when I actually got most of my figures to actually stand all at the same time, I thought I would take some pictures. These poor figures often suffer from a combination of a wobbly legs and top heavyness, that does result in major toppling, and then dominoes, as I mentioned above.
Thus, like a baby taking their first steps, I really needed to capture the moment where they weren't all laying in a giant pile. Alas it wasn't until I uploaded these, did I notice that Black Canary, and a couple of others had taken a spill in the three minutes it took for me to get my camera, set the light meter, and click away.
One might also note, that I tried to group the figures together in my own logical way. Yes, there is a shelf that is more or less "my favorite figures/ characters," and yes there is something that resembles "Batman villains, and that guy too," but kudos to anyone who can comment with a couple of the other themes I had going.
Even bigger kudos to anyone who can give me a couple more pairings for these last few shelves, because they kinda got divided into "good guys" and "bad guys," due to my exhaustion at Gentlemen Ghost falling over every three minutes. I have one empty shelf, and considering how hard these are to get your hands on now a days (we can't all hit 9 Targets every Saturday), I doubt it's going to fill, so any hints on grouping these last ones logically?

Hmn, can't comment on the grouping of the JLU figures since I don't know enough..but I can spy with my little eye a nicely framed black apple print and the edge of an LOL file box. Sweet!
I don't know from themes, but my inner rain man is swooning over the orderliness. My inner rain man wants us to go home and re-arrange our bookshelves.
Thanks gals, I was hoping D would give me some tips when he saw this, but all he did was message me "they're all gonna fall over in 2hours."
